Patch Tuesday

1. Review 18 fictional systems grouped as Internet-facing, Internal, or Isolated.
2. Choose exactly 7 systems for the maintenance window.
3. Use severity, exposure, and the system's operational role. There is no importance number to give away the answer.
4. Run the month and review the consequences among the risks you left unpatched.

Target: Grades 6–12; about 12–15 minutes.

The original 30-system wall has been reduced to 18 systems per run, drawn from a pool of 30, and grouped by exposure. This keeps the reading load realistic for a class period while preserving replay value.

There is deliberately no perfect score or hidden "correct seven." Students should defend their choices and discuss residual risk. The consequence phase provides concrete fictional outcomes rather than revealing a ranking.
